Salt and Pepper Tofu
This recipe is pretty self explanatory and easy to make. I cut up some firm sprouted tofu (pressed of water first) into 1 inch cubes and pan fried them with a little canola oil to brown the sides. When the tofu browned, I set it aside and quickly stir fried a chopped red chili and two scallions. I added the tofu back in and seasoned it with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
